Jan. 10, 2017

In the printing process, why does sublimation thermal transfer printing ink appear spots? there are four main reasons.

1.Sublimation ink does not stir evenly;

2.The surface of the ink roller is crack, peeling into the printing of the dye-sublimation ink;

3.Due to thermal transfer paper quality problems caused by some of the paper components such as paper powder, paper wool and debris particles mixed into the printed sublimation ink.

4.Ink roller is stained with paper hair, water lead to ink is not uniform.

For the above situation, we should remove the ink roller, plate, blanket and printing ink spots. Carefully remove the paper powder, paper hair, paper and other debris, thus avoiding the appearance of spots.
